I can help w/the booth and race on the 4th of July.

A party sounds good for next Monday - if Mike can come - who will organize it?

Re: Giant Eagle - $50 certificates should be the lowest $ amount we sell. I think I'd be OK w/$100 ones too.

I will take $250.00 for Giant Eagle, can't go drinking Monday (Oboe lesson) although I would love to. Won't be here for the 4th--and will try and volunteer for the 26th-what time?

Details from Ben:

Kimono Dragon Festival at the zoo June 26& 27

The dragon boat festival will have a booth with kids activities from 11am – 3pm on Saturday and Sunday next weekend. We would need no more than 2 people at the event at a time so this should not be hard, if you can work a full 4 hour shift that would be best. All we will be doing is talking about the festival and helping kids color pictures (not too much harder than practice). I am asking steel city if they can help on Saturday since it conflicts a bit with practice and brunch so think of Sunday.

3 rivers regatta weekend

Races will be held on Sunday at 12:15pm which means that we will want to meet some time around 11am. There will be one or 2 races depending on time, we are slotted between 2 rowing and kayak races. This event will launch off the Point downtown (next to the fountain) so plan on meeting there unless we arrange to have the boat on the north shore and paddle over?

If there is interest we can run public dragon boat sessions Friday, Sat & Sunday 3-7pm. Chuck are you taking names for the race? Could you or pauline (or anyone else) determine interest for these public sessions? We would need and instructor, steersmen and 2 paddlers.

Also TRRA will have a booth all weekend and any help here would help, this is the same booth that will take reservations for any dragon boat outing and registration for the races. Please let me know if you are interested in this Fri, Sat or Sun 3-7pm.
